It’s one and a half street from the main avenue and from the town square, it’s like 15 minutes driving from the beach and the main avenue of the Tulums beach. I recommend this place if you rent a car and can move, otherwise in Tulum for sure you’ll need to stay at a beach hotel but the prices are way higher than the ones on the downtown. Mary is one of the staff from here and she is so helpful and warmly, the place is nice and to worth it.
The name of this hotel should be changed to "Smiles" because that is what you receive from the incredible staff everyday! The staff could not have been nicer or more accommodating! Location was perfect being around the corner from Tulum's center. It's across the street from the bus station. For me the main ingredients to a great stay is a place in a safe location, a nice shower, and a clean room. Check, check and check. Our room had a fridge and little kitchen island to enjoy breakfast. It was perfect. The room was spotless! There is a small pool and pleasant sun deck on top. What would make this property perfect? A new shower head, a room safe, and a couple of nice chaise lounges on the top deck, (the existing one needs to be tossed out.) Thank you for a delightful stay! We'll be back!
Gorgeous Mexican hotel in the centre of Tulum, close to lots of restaurants and shops. Not as expensive as staying near the beach. Really gorgeous decor and helpful, friendly staff.

Beautiful hotel in an ideal location a little away from the downtown but still close enough to all the action you need and easy access to the beach. Very nice relaxed atmosphere, great ambiance with lovely attention to detail décor and spotless clean. Rooms are exactly what you need, comfortable bed, good aircon, lots of space. Fantastic value for money, highly recommended!
Super séjour à Casa Xanath à Tulum. Petit hôtel plein de charme, ambiance jungle très agréable et au calme tout en restant proche du centre. Les chambres sont simples mais propres et confortables, parfait pour se reposer après une journée entre plage et cenotes. La petite piscine est un vrai plus pour se rafraîchir en fin de journée. Accueil chaleureux et atmosphère détendue, loin du côté bling-bling de la zone hôtelière. Excellent rapport qualité/prix pour Tulum. Je recommande sans hésiter.
